Recipe Instructions
Ingredients
1 can white beans, drained
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp white miso paste
1 clove garlic
1 can tomatoes
1 tbsp dried mixed Italian herbs
A dash of white pepper
Boiled water from the kettle (enough to cover the ingredients in the blender)
Topping option: almond meal mixed with chili flakes and paprika
Place the drained white beans, hemp seeds, white miso paste, a peeled clove of garlic, the entire can of tomatoes (including the liquid), dried mixed Italian herbs, and a dash of white pepper into the blender.
Carefully pour boiled water from the kettle into the blender, adding enough to cover the ingredients.
Secure the lid of the blender and vent slightly to release steam during blending.
Blend everything until you have a smooth, creamy consistency. You can adjust the water level if you want a thinner or thicker soup.
Taste the soup and adjust the seasonings if necessary. You can add more salt, pepper, or herbs to suit your preference.
